NCL Proplast is a factory premixed, single component, ready to use and polymer modified repair mortar. It is a blend of selected inorganic fillers, Portland cement, additives and polymers. NCL Proplast can be applied up to 20 mm thick in one vertical layer.

Application instructions
Substrate pre-treatment:- Chip out damaged mortar with a utility chisel
- All surfaces to be coated should be free from dirt, dust and loose material.
- Any cracks in the surface must be repaired and the surface pre-wetted before work commences.
- Any free surface water must be removed immediately before application of NCL Proplast repair mortar.
- Care should be taken to ensure that NCL Proplast repair mortar is thoroughly mixed. It can be handed in small amounts of up to 2.5-3 kg. Without difficulty.
- Add the powder to the water and mix with a spatula or trowel until a smooth workable consistency is achieved.
- Mixing ratio: 1-1.25 lit of water to 5 kg material.
- Fill horizontal joints first then vertical joints
- Apply by trowel in 1 or 2 coats. The time intervals between coats should be 2 to 3 hours.
