Production Engineer – Doors & Windows

Job Description

• Plan, schedule and monitor material movement in the production line / cycle to ensure continuous operations.
• Evaluate production control activities to ensure that the final product meets customer specifications.
• Planning the material (Profiles and Reinforcement) and manpower availability requirements to meet production schedule.

• Coordinate with corporate Job Cards Team and Operations team and Customer service department to develop, publish and communicate production schedule internally in order to meet customer delivery dates

• Coordinating with Commercial Department regarding Loading Vehicles.
• Track material Profiles and Reinforcement and accessories) shortages andprovide immediate resolution by escalating to Production Manager.

• Daily material shortage list and coordinate with purchase for supply commitment.
• Daily Production plan and dispatch plan communication to dispatch team.
• Prepare and publish various reports such as Production Plan Vs Actual Schedule adherence
• report
• Daily updating Production Report and Dispatch Report.
• Responsible for making daily production plan according to customer requirement & meeting
• Daily production targets.
