Job Description

  • Engage with customers to ensure the overdue are collected which involves contacting customers to remind of payment schedule and obtain relevant payments within due dates by utilizing emails and phone conversations.
  • Record collection work clearly and logically.
  • Acquire and update the essential contact information of the customer, include mobile, address, company information, third party contact and etc.
  • Be able to work under pressure with strong teamwork spirit.
