Conducting sales training and coaching to improve the skills of the sales team
Must have experience in Handling Primary and Secondary Sales
Must have Team Handling experience.
Monitor Team, Sales Plan, Calls, Leads, Orders, Third Party orders & Payments
Developed a team with a hard-working attitude, Goal-centric who can critically analyze and solve problems
Conduct promotional meets for brand awareness.
Achieving the assigned personal sales target as well as team targets, with the help of team members.
Must be fluent in English & Local Language.
Good Leadership and networking skills.
