Job Description

Getting direct Clients through the Channel Sales & Project Sales like meeting with Dealers, Distributors, Architects, Builders and Contractors for generating leads.

Product is AAC Fly ash Blocks.

Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goal.

Building and managing a high-performing sales team.

Conducting sales training and coaching to improve the skills of the sales team

Must have experience in Handling Primary and Secondary Sales

Must have Team Handling experience.

Monitor Team, Sales Plan, Calls, Leads, Orders, Third Party orders & Payments

Developed a team with a hard-working attitude, Goal-centric who can critically analyze and solve problems

Conduct promotional meets for brand awareness.

Achieving the assigned personal sales target as well as team targets, with the help of team members.

Must be fluent in English & Local Language.

Good Leadership and networking skills.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Candidate with minimum 8 years of experience in AAC Fly ash Blocks manufacturing industry.
  • Qualification: MBA in Marketing / Any Graduate.
  • Result oriented on a daily basis/monthly basis.
  • Presentable and Fluent in English, Local Language.
  • Must have experience in handling Primary and Secondary Sales.
  • Proactive approach
  • Self-driven.
  • Must have Market Knowledge of Particular Zone.
